Majestic hardwood and pine trees grace the property. Wood walkways run the full length of the waterfront connecting the main buildings.

Many secluded locations along the shoreline for tranquillity and meditation. A sandy beach is centrally located for swimmers and canoe access.

Full ploughing of snow in winter from property gate inward can be arranged. Access road is ploughed professionally through the road association. The annual association fee is $150.

The estate is directly facing Westport on the opposite shore. It takes approximately fifteen minutes to travel there by boat.

All areas of the Rideau Canal system can be reached by boat from the estate. Day trips to Ottawa and Kingston are enjoyable while the lock system is operating.
